Capt.
Brian Gagnon – (100 ton master) Being a native of Bay
St. Louis, Brian was born in a skiff. Running around all day
from the Jourdan river down to the barrier islands and
surrounding marshes is just a way of life. Natives of Bay
St. Louis don’t get the nickname “bay rat” for nothing.
Brian started on “The Southern Way” spring of 2004 and
recently obtained his 100 ton master license.
Capt.
Kyle Jarreau – (100 ton master) Kyle has lived in Biloxi
all his life. His 30 year experience fishing Chandeleur
island makes him a valuable part of the team. There are few
places, if any, on the island he does not know. Kyle had his
own Chandeleur boat prior to his employment with “The
Southern Way”, and was a regular at the isle. In between
Chandeleur trips Kyle also ran snapper trips to the rigs out
of Biloxi on his 25’ Mako. Kyle usually is responsible for
the fare you will be eating and you will be quite pleased.
You will be pleased with not only the experience of your
crew, but also the patience, knowledge, and don’t forget the
stories. Look forward to seeing you.
